NEW Healthwalks Led Walks Programme 2008-2009

E-mail Print PDF

The new Autumn/Winter 2008/09 Led Healthwalks Programme is out now.  You can download it now from our webpages http://www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/index.cfm?request=c1115741

Now in its fifth year, Healthwalks continues to go from strength to strength.  We have 14 weekly walks on every day of the week across the city, and have attracted over 500 walkers in the last few months alone.   As ever, all walks are free, clearly graded, led by Volunteer Walk Leaders, and on bus routes.  Half are also wheelchair and buggy friendly.  They are suitable for all ages and abilities, and provide a range of physical and mental health benefits, as well as being a great way to get out of the house and meet new people.

Best wishes
