Yes. The Brothel in Montpelier Road disturbs our double block with 18 flats in it. The Police have been round there recently and asked them to address this. They have shut the windows... for now. The problem is the girls change and the message gets lost. There is one bedroom and bathroom that is particularly bad as it backs on to our building directly. You can hear everything, day, night, and early morning! Though the law is grey on selling sex, it is very clear on paying business rate council tax. They are not paying business rate council tax and it is illegal to run any business in a residential area. They advertise on the internet and in the Friday ad so it is easy to prove that they are breaking this part of the law. I know that the lady who owns Baggies Guest House that backs on to the Brothel from the other side has terrible noise problems too, and will do pretty much anything if it will help.
