bike thefts
There have been several reports of cycles being tampered with within the square. One person has already put a notice through peoples doors.
If you see or hear anything suspicious then please report it to 999 straight away. Try and get a good description, you can download an incident report card from the files section.
new nhw member packs
The new NHW member packs are now available and we are trying to get them to people.
The best method is probably a meet and greet early next week.

Dodgy alarm company
An alarm company recently contacted a couple in East sussex and persuaded them into making an appointment to visit and fit an alarm that they said would only cost 99p they also asked the age of the persons at the house.
NHW Constitution
1. TITLE
The name of the organisation shall be the Friends of Bedford square Neighbourhood watch (FoBS-Watch)
2. AIMS and OBJECTIVES
To promote good citizenship and greater public awareness through Neighbourhood Watch groups and increase public participation in the prevention and detection of crime and to promote effective liaison between the public and the police in the North Downs Division of the Sussex Police. The Association shall be non-party in politics and shall operate an equal opportunities policy.
